Here we go... WOD number 2 for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open. Each year they have had a triplet similar in nature. These are moderately heavy (or you COULD say, moderately light) push presses, very light deadlifts. Very very light deadlifts in fact. And the standard box jumps. Check out the leader board to see what people are getting on this one already. Top competitors will go through this one with constant movement... very little rest. have fun!
Thursday's WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, and again at 4pm. Fundamentals at 8am
The CFM BIG OPEN WOD night begins at 5pm sharp with WOD briefing and judging/participation information.
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 ground to overheads (52/34kg- masters weights 43/25kg)
10 deadlifts (same barbell)
15 box jumps (24/20"- masters... note- ANY way up to the box is OK for ALL levels!)
Post number of reps to journals/chalkboard AND of course to the GAMES leaderboard.
