
Thursday's WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, and again at 4pm. Fundamentals at 8am The CFM BIG OPEN WOD night begins at 5pm sharp with WOD briefing and judging/participation information. WOD 13.2:
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 ground to overheads (52/34kg- masters weights 43/25kg)
10 deadlifts (same barbell)
15 box jumps (24/20"- masters... note- ANY way up to the box is OK for ALL levels!)
Post number of reps to journals/chalkboard AND of course to the GAMES leaderboard.
