Thursday 130404 CFGames Open WOD 13.5

So are you wondering whether or not you will make it into the second 4 minute wave?  Make this easy on yourself... just go out as hard as you can as if you were doing Fran with the new 15-15-15 rep scheme  with C2B pull ups and see where you land.  Have fun with it, it's Fran... well, sort of.

Thursday's WOD: 13.5 run at 6 and 9am, 4pm and the Big Night begins at 5pm.
Fundamentals class at 8am- Post-testing today!

CrossFit Open 13.5
Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
45/29kg Thrusters, 15 reps
15 reps Chest to bar pull ups
If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes, etc.
(55+ men- 29kg and chin over bar pull ups; 55+ women- 20kg and jumping chest to bar pull ups)
