Saturday 090919 Team Filthy Fifty











Somewhat modified version of the Filthy Fifty!
Each team of two people divides the work- one exercise at a time until all 10 exercises are completed. The number of reps are self-scaling, each member of the pair does as many as possible until the pair completes 50.



50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots
50 Burpees
50 Tuck jumps

In any order, for time
