Friday 091009 "Mr Joshua"

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

185 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Women - 95-105#

 This is the third Heroes Workout in a row this week.  These WODs are dedicated to heroes who have died in the line of duty- combat soldiers, firefighters, law enforcement officers

This is also the 4th workout this week that runs 5 rounds!... Not only are you getting physically fit, but the mental fortitude that is takes to push through 5 rounds is also developing as well.  It takes a lot of drive and determination.  So push through those middle rounds, keep your head in the activity you are doing WHILE you are doing it- rather than anticipating what is coming next, and finally, finish strong.
