Julio in a post-WOD recumbant position following Friday's On Ramp Class. The second round of the On Ramp Program finishes up on Monday- congrats to Victor, Leanne, Julio, Nina and Marianne!
A Pre-Holiday version of the On Ramp Program begins on Monday, November 30. Each Monday Wednesday Friday (plus an optional Saturday) at 10am the small group of 6 will workout for 3 weeks. Let me know if you are interested or know of someone who might benefit for joining us!
What a great On Ramp round this has been! The sessions have been fun and extremely informative, the workouts have been challenging and exhilarating at the same time, and the group experience has been bautiful. The results have been short of amazing: a whopping surge in endurance, strengh, and muscle toning, in just one month! Thanks Mike.
