Tuesday 100126 Lunges & Burpees

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

 Some of CrossFit Malibu's teen athletes...Savannah, Annie, Davis and Brita. 

Teenagers can attend classes that meet on Fridays from 3:30-4:30pm and also be a part of the Saturday open group WODs at 10am.  These sessions are focused on general physical preparedness, like the standard CrossFit program, with special consideration for young adults that are still growing quickly.  With regular attendance, teen athletes will show demonstrable improvements in all 10 fitness related domains, be able to motivate themselves towards positive changes in sport and social settings AND become more confident in their physical abilities.
