2 month goal setting: Remember that by Jan 15 you will be writing 2
goals on the chalkboard... to be accomplished by March 15. One goal is
of the "directly related to CrossFit Variety" the other is to be
directed at health/fitness outside of the gym (perhaps nutrition
related, learning a new sport or getting involved with another
recreational activity etc.). Take a look at the growing number of goals
others are making... talk to other members, talk to me... Let's make
this happen!
