Our own Scotty B overhead squatting south of the equator at CrossFit Peru! There have been quite a few of our own CrossFit Malibu members who have dropped in on crossfit gyms all over the US, and now the world! Curt and Leanne found one in Maryland, Rob is hitting up one in Paris, Tennessee this week, I have been to a quite a few here in so and no cal. A suggestion- when you take a trip out of town, take some CrossFit Malibu stickers, maybe even a t-shirt, and visit the local crossfit gym and represent!

ReplyDelete12:30 (with the 3x 11 snatch/11 pullup/11 snatch/11 knees-to-elbows WOD posted on the board). First time doing overhead squats with weight: fun! Nailing the transitions makes a big difference. (edit: fixed!)
ReplyDelete12:25 with a TON of rest between set something I really need to work on. Scott that protein drink was pretty darn good by the way, but it did sit funny with me later not sure exactly what it was.
