Peggy dropping into a back squat in the middle of her first CrossFit Total WOD last week!  Peggy has been with CrossFit Malibu for about 2 months- increasing fitness for her new tennis hobby... and for life in general.  She is progressing quickly and if you saw her working out you would see why: because she works REALLY HARD.  Great work Peggy- keep it up!
