Brian and Chris crank out the back-burpees; Kendra and the baby modify the standard burpee this past Saturday morning at the Hut.
Saturday Team WODs have been turning out great individual and group efforts the past few weeks. Attendance has averaged over 15 people, the energy has been outstanding, the few newcomers have commented positively on their experiences with CrossFit and the welcoming community we have formed at CF Malibu, AND you all have CRUSHED it each time!
Remember that these Saturday WODs are the best time to bring friends and family- out of towners and possible members are all welcome. First time is free- so take advantage of the opportunity (and the privilege!) of introducing people you love to our unique way of enjoying a weekend morning. And the food out at Malibu Country Mart afterwards isn't a bad way to round out the morning either!
