Deadlift, 10 reps (50% 1RM)

The yin and yang; a couplet of opposites. Combining strength with endurance/stamina will typically bring out a weakness of one person and highlight a strength of another. With today's workout we focus on the concept that it is important to be strong AND be able to endure in a cardiovascular event. You SHOULD be relatively good at BOTH. I think it will be fun, especially if you are wearing a CrossFit Malibu skull and blood shirt.
