Thursday 100603 Deadlifts

Great turnout for the first group Zone Challenge meeting last night!  Thursday at 6:30pm at the Hut we will have the second introductory meeting.  Remember that we will be taking body composition measurements- so wear loose athletic clothing- women please wear a sports bra or bathing suit top.  Please text to RSVP.

Bring your Zone meal plan worksheets to the Hut when you have questions about the program.  The system takes some getting used to- but following it as described in the CrossFit Journal is simple and accurate; it will lead to results!  We will help you out as much as you need!

  2. Hit 180 for solid three reps, would have gotten 200 if the plate ahdnt fallen off
