Chris works yesterday's hang clean AMRAP- with a solid set-up position. Ready to jump the bar thru the power position (from above the knee thru the end of full hip extension)- with "long arms". Then will pull himself quickly under the bar into a full depth squat, bar racked on the front deltoids- up against the throat.
