I love this WOD, Scott.Sometimes I'll do what I call a "Lucky Linda" where I go heavy but start with 7 reps (7-6-5...) instead of 10. Killer!
Nice call Wade. I will give that a shot next time it comes up. I did the full 10 this time but scaled the weight. My bench is a bit low.
I have not yet tried this one. Hmm maybe soon
