Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight front squat, 15 reps
Post rounds completed to journals/chalkboard.
Tom hits a PR of 90kg on a set of 5 back squats. Tom hits his usual stride this week... he has been experimenting with taking some time to rest and recover from CrossFit WODs. Learning when to take a break- whether it is simply a day off when you normally workout, doing a recovery hike or other form of lower level output of exercise, or taking a few days off to rest up- is an essential part of growing stronger and faster.
