44kg Squat clean, 10 reps

20 Sit-ups (anchored)
Post number of rounds and additional reps to journals/chalkboards.
Such a short one today!... In these Time Priority WODs it is critical to waste NO time moving between activities. 7 minutes of work-- there is no time for rest. Or another way to put it: when you are doing sit ups, you are resting up for squat cleans. When you are cranking through squat cleans, you are resting up for sit ups! This workout is like an all out fight. Short time domain- relatively light weights... PUSH THRU IT! :)
