Tuesday 101228 Fran

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
Thrusters 44kg/30kg
Pull ups
Post times to journals/chalkboards.

So, it has been 4 months since our last Fran.  Go light and REALLY fast to feel what it is like for Jason Kaplan to finish in 1:53 or so... or go a little heavier and carry out the pain into the 5 minute time domain.  Either way- have a reason for choosing the weight you decide to use.  Base your plan off of past experiences and times.... and also how you feel today.  Have fun.... dont forget to Tabata Your Weakness!
