This week we will be featuring a whole lot of PRESSES as our photographic selections. This comes as no surprise following many rounds of the Open WOD where we did not only a ton of double unders... but also many clean and presses. So we start the week off here with Jonny and Mike. First off guys... nice shorts, second of all: go eat some food. Third, and finally- Jonny gets props for opening up the shoulders and really finishing off with the chest moving through to stabilize that overhead position, while Mike gets honorable mention for using an awesome Mexican beach as a back-drop (no hard feelings Curt).
