Congratulations to Intern Ollie (pictured below), Freddy and the entire Pepperdine Waves Rugby team for their spectacular performance last weekend in their San Diego tournament- winning against #5 ranked Rice, before falling to Sierra. While they missed out on heading to the Final Four tournament in Pittsburg, they still finished among the Elite 8 in the US!

52kg/35kg Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
Post number of rounds and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
...and of course with the announcement of the 20min AMRAP for Open 11.5- watch out! :)
