Friday 110715 Heavy Thrusters
Some weekend reminders... this Saturday morning is your chance to do a DOUBLE... with the 8:30am Benchmark Girl WOD. We will be doing Jackie. You could also simply show up for either that OR the 10am Team WOD. It is going to have a few interesting twists to it. For those who want to know the origin of the Team WOD... look up the Hero WOD named "Abbate" and you will pick up some clues. Following the Team WOD, Bluffs Park is having a selection of Gourmet Vending Trucks so Me thinks we go there and eat some good food post-WOD. Damon fully agrees.
