Monday 110829 Heavy Thrusters and Pull Ups

Welcome back to school!  Many are starting back to school today- or sometime this week- so here's to getting back on track with schedules and routines.  Of course one of those routines is signing up for a particular class on the chalkboard (the easy part) then showing up and working hard (easier than it sounds)...  As you get back into the swing of things- start thinking about how many WODs you will make it to each week.  Are you a 3x/week person?  Is 2x/week enough with your busy schedule and other sports you like to do?  Regardless, do not TRY to make it to CrossFit classes MORE than you are confident than you actually can make it.  Don't set your goal at 4 classes each week when you know that it has always been tough to make it to 3.  Be 90% SURE you can achieve this goal... and only after that becomes easy... increase it OR keep it right there.  SO- how many WODs per week do you commit to for the fall?  How confident are you that you can achieve this goal?

Weighted pull-ups 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 reps
