- Strength classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm with Ondrej.
- Two kids classes run this week- Tuesday at 3:15pm and Friday at 4pm. This is an 8-11 year olds class that lasts for about 35-40 minutes. Questions?- give us a call.
- On-going OnRamp classes Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm- please RSVP with an email or call
- Special Thursday WOD for each class session on Dec 8 in memory of the passing of our friend Ted
- Saturday Yoga at 8:30am with Kristin (she is not really "just" Kristin anymore!)

60/40kg Power clean, 10 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
