As for today...This is a GREAT day to go hard! Some strength limitations held many of us to a less than all out performance last night... and likely you are ready to hit this Friday WOD hard.

Friday's WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 3pm and 5pm.
Three rounds for time of:
10 Handstand push ups (make this a struggle... no easy scaling here today)
100/75kg deadlift, 20 reps
30 Double unders (again... suffer a little through this.... no default to singles so easily!)
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
