Last week brought many PRs and we look forward to more this week! We have already added the March PR board to the chalkboard by the rowers... make sure you add your info to this list. Some notables that are worth mentioning:
Jennifer his PRs on her clean and push press and did her first 2 Toes to Bar last week.
Leanne also PRd on the push presses, then went on to do multiple rounds of the 12.3 WOD ending up with 89 reps!
Deana spent some time under the coaching of Laurie... and came away with a big PR gain on the box jump from 14" to 20"... then she went on to do WOD 12.3 and hit FIFTEEN reps at her new PR. Fantastic accomplishments to you all!

Monday's WOD: 7, 9, 10am and again at 5pm. 6 pm strength WOD and 7pm OnRamp class.
Three rounds NOT* for time of:
70/55kg Deadlift, 12 reps
70/55kg Hang power clean, 9 reps
70/55kg Front Squat, 6 reps
*move through at a steady pace- post weight to chalkboard/journals
then
1/2 Sets of Tabata- 4 rounds each of:
Hand release, Push Ups, Double Unders,
Grasshoppers
post number of reps for each movement to chalkboard/journals
