Not for time, complete:
A decreasing ladder of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps/round of:
Deadlifts (80-85% of 1RM)
Dead hang pulls ups (If easy, add L-Sit/If unable, add band or jumping pull ups with eccentric hold for 5 seconds per rep)
Move directly from deadlift to pull up, then rest about 60 seconds before next deadlift
then
3 Rounds for time of:
As many double unders in one minute
25 Back extensions
15 Pushups
5 Hollow rocks
Post finish time AND total double unders to journals/chalkboards.
