Friday 120601 Your Choice

What a BIG way to finish off the month.  The second CFM Open rounds out May with an excellent turn out, an amazingly well programmed competition (thanks Scott!), a smoothly run format (thanks Scott, Jordan and members who assisted) and some HARD WORK done in the 3 WODs.  Here are the WODs:
1.) Mile run time- staggered start based on PR times and a race to the finish (Kristin and Julie were 1, 2)
2.) Clean ladder- work thru 18 barbells from 20 up to 100kg (Ondrej, Bruce and Jason finished it!)
3.) In 8 minutes do: 10 rounds of X* Plate Jump Burpees, 5 KB swings and with the remaining time, row for max distance. Number of burpees depended on your placement for WODs 1 and 2.
*Top tertile-6, middle tertile-4, bottom tertile-2.
Women's finishes: Kendra 1st, Carolyn 2nd and Julia 3rd place.
Men's finishes: Mike 1st, Ondrej 2nd and Ken 3rd place.

Most important to note- a GREAT 2.5 hours spend with a hard working, loud cheering and very supportive group of fine people.  Thanks for making these events so fun and CFM so special
WOD 2: Clean Ladder
Friday's WOD; class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 3 and 5pm.
