Wednesday 120530 Chipper Plus

Thanks for the great turnout and hard work on Monday!  The Hero WOD, McGhee, was a tough one... and you all definitely put forth solid effort and guts in paying tribute to this fallen soldier.  We also thank AC for his role as breakfast chef... serving up homemade breakfast burritos.  So good... and we appreciate it!

Wednesday Chipper: WOD at 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Strength at 6pm.  OnRamp at 7pm.
Sled push warm up: 3 rounds 20m out and back, increase weight somewhat each round
For time complete:
750m row
20 burpees
20 Toes to bar
20 Dumbbell push press, 50/30#
Post WOD time to journals/chalkboard


  1. Special thanks to AC who actually worked harder than we did during the WOD. 50 deadlifts is nothing compared to 45 breakfast burritos. Though why did I get just one piece of bacon? The sample shows two.

  2. You had to do 55 deadlifts to get 2 pieces of bacon.

  3. If that is the case. I think it should be posted on the WOD description. I need to know what I am working for.

  4. WWFB... will work for bacon. WGAOFTPOB... will go all out for two pieces of bacon.
