We follow up the WOD with a CrossFit Malibu breakfast in the yard, with AC's breakfast burritos, coffee and other beverages. Join us for the 9am Hero WOD (only one morning WOD) or come to the 5pm Hero WOD, 6pm Strength class, and the final OnRamp class for the month at 7pm.
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
125/95 Deadlift (shoot for 90%1RM), 5 reps
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box
Post scaling and number of rounds to journals/chalkboards
