Monday 120826 Training Fran

A CrossFit Malibu welcome to Stephen- who is attending Pepp Law after just finishing undergrad at Notre Dame.  Best of luck in your 3 years with law school and of course we hope you have fun living in Malibu.

Monday's WOD: classes at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm.

For time, complete:
21 Thrusters (45/30kg), 21 Pull ups
Rest exactly 2 minutes
15 Thrusters, 15 Pull ups
Rest exactly 1.5 minutes
9 Thrusters, 9 Pull ups
Rest exactly 1 minute
6 Thrusters, 6 Pull ups
Rest exactly 30 seconds
3 Thrusters, 3 Pull ups
Post finish time, MINUS 5 minutes break, to chalkboard/journals.
