Thursday WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm. Fundamentals class at 8am. Kids at 3:15pm
Romanian deadlifts
8-8-8 at moderate weight
-then-
15 minute limit to work up to a heavy:
Deadlift, 3 reps (not a 3 rep max)
-then-
Partner* relay, for time:
2x800m run (first person runs, other rests... then switch)
2x500 row
2x400m run
2x250m row
Post heaviest deadlift weight for 3 reps and partner WOD time to journal/chalkboard.
*odd number of athletes; individual will rest equal to amount of work
