  1. 20:32. Finally figured out the knees-to-elbows technique today. For me at least, it meant starting the movement by pointing my chest/shoulders "down" (mentally) and then driving my knees straight up from the ground and into my shoulders. Before, I was trying to pull my knees up in an arc in FRONT of my shoulders, which meant I generated a lot of swing that I had to stop by dropping my legs fast, which meant I was fighting centrifugal force on the next rep.
